LARS LARSEN GROUP:
DESIGNING A FUTURISTIC HYBRID HOUSE
Luxurious hybrid house is decorated for people
The former technical school, at Kejlstrupvej 87 in Silkeborg, has been transformed into a futuristic hybrid house and MODUS has been at the forefront of design, project management and implementation of the interior design.
When you enter the new house, light flows in through the large windows and compliments the decor with warm colors and shades, which at the same time gives both members and employees a feeling of exclusiveness and a sense of importance.
The house, at approx. 12,000 m² and owned by Lars Larsen Group, is now home to an exclusive super car club and leasing company Selected Car Group, the treatment and training institute Institute Thomey and Padel matches at Match Padel Silkeborg.
The foyer and the reception welcome the guests and meet them with the green marble that tells them that the place takes them seriously that the working environment is important. Regardless of whether it is members who want to test the luxurious super cars or a board member on her way to a meeting.
The lounge areas are created as cozy spots in the interior, providing space for both reflection on top of a meeting or an informal chat. The specially designed steel slide functions both as a special interior design element and as a piece of lounge furniture. It makes the place appear edgy and makes the guests feel special.
In meeting and board rooms, a story is told, promoting pride and motivation to both employees, management and board members. At the same time, both comfort and lighting in the interior are important to create the right working conditions and customer feels.
The place also offers both indoor and outdoor bars, flexible sales furniture and much more. Be inspired by the pictures and video of the interior and the process below.
