Office solution with a focus on up-cycling, sustainability and flexibility

and At MODUS, we have set up an atmospheric "pop-up office" in idyllic green surroundings, where there is room and space to let creativity flourish.

 

The framework of an old up-cycled junkyard has been transformed into a creative office. The office is flexible in its layout, with different zones, and can be moved by crane to a new location. Furthermore, it can easily be changed to an apartment etc.

In the design process, we have had a great focus on: up-cycling, sustainability and flexibility. As you can see in the floor plan below, an office can become a bedroom, as the wall can be folded down etc. The office is equipped with a projector for presentation, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The office testifies, among other things, that sustainability does not have to cost more. We prove that with few funds you can create the framework for a good working environment and at the same time develop a nice design. 

The materials are carefully selected, based on requirements for durability and functionality. Most materials are from recycling or bought from scraps.
