For many companies, the office interior is one of the factors that is down-prioritized when everyday tasks come to the focus.

Studies show that interior design has a significant effect on how efficiently and innovatively employees work. That is why it is extremely important to put some energy into the interior design. 

A survey by Gallup in 2023 shows that 80% are disengaged in their work. It is a way too high percentage that you, among other things, can work on with the help of strategic choices in the physical office design.
